You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order, UPS or FedEx should estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax, weight, distance and packaging incidentals. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations, so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Damage During Shipping All shipments through FedEx and UPS are insured. If your order is shipped through a freight service as LTL/FTL your shipment will be insured. Shipping companies have specific regulations for returns of damaged goods. When you receive a package from a shipper and it is damaged, you must contact us within 5 calendar days (sooner is preferred) and report that the package arrived in damaged condition. We will process the claim with the shipping company; meanwhile, we will re-ship replacement goods once the claim on the damaged goods is complete. You will need to keep all original packaging, including cartons and contents, until the claim resolution process is finished (up to 3 weeks). If your order does not ship the same day, it will be shipped the next business day.
